Once registered, members can begin using it immediately for mail order prescriptions and 24 hours for medications from retail stores.
Some brand name over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol & Allegra can be purchased at a discount and delivered to your door. Only generic medications on the formulary are free with your monthly subscription.
All generic medications are free and include standard shipping, however, expedited shipping is available at an extra cost. Expedited shipping prices are as follows: Next Day $44.95, 2 Day $15.00. Over the counter medications only are $5.99 for shipping.
Family members under the same household are covered as well.
Upon request, our pharmacy team can contact the members local pharmacy or physician and have the prescription transferred to us. Members can also provide them with our pharmacy information as well.
The quantity will be as per the doctor’s order on the prescription, however, there is a maximum quantity allowed by the program. Charges may occur for maximum quantity limits exceeded.
Yes, we support 30 day and 90- day prescriptions. The most economical will be a 90-day supply.
There is no limit on the prescriptions you can send to our pharmacy.
Members can download and print their membership card via the member portal after enrollment.
Navigate to the menu bar at top and hover over Program Features, click on the “Free Medications List”. We are consistently adding new medications to our formulary, therefore, we recommend that you call our customer service to inquiry about any medications not shown on the list.
Yes, present your membership card to your local pharmacy to receive acute medications for free. Any medications not included in our list can be purchased at our discounted contractual rate.
It will depend on your shipping preference. If you choose free shipping, standard shipping time is 7-10 days.

If the medication is not on the formulary, call customer service to see if we can special order the medication. Additionally, our pharmacists can help determine an equivalent drug to help meet your medication need.

At this time, we don’t not offer automatic refills, however; we can set you up for SMS text reminders to remind you when your next refill is due.
